A Zookeeper, First Aid Instructor & an Amatuer Physicist
Walk into a Recording Booth...
Throughout my life, I have always actively pursued my passions. For example, I love nature and wildlife, so I pursued volunteer opportunities at the National Zoological Park. I worked with great cats and other animals for 16+ years, learning their behaviors, social interactions, and the conservation efforts to save them.
I wanted to serve my community so I pursued my Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED certifications. I also received training and became a member of their Disaster Action Team. I also taught adult, child and infant first aid, CPR and AED as a volunteer instructor.
I once watched a documentary on Marie Curie and spent the next two weeks reading everything I could about radium and particle physics. Just to understand how it all works!
All of these interests have given me a truly unique resume and a deeper-than-introductory level of understanding on a variety of topics!
